Every piece is handmade. Small variations in shape, color, texture and finish are part of its character and are not considered defects. Product colors may vary slightly between screens.

An order becomes binding when payment is accepted and you receive confirmation. Prices and availability may change before purchase. Checkout, payment and applicable taxes are processed securely by Shopify.

We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, its price is clearly incorrect, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Delivery estimates, charges, withdrawal rights and return conditions are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

The designs, photographs, text, branding and other website content belong to quers lab or their respective owners. They may not be copied or commercially reused without prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, quers lab is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers in the European Union may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
